This plugin allows the visitors of your website to register for an event as an attendee. When a user registers, you can view it through the dashboard and also manage the registered attendees.
Licenses grant one year support & updates. Personal license are valid for a single site, whereas developer license are valid for 5 sites.

Register for event

When you install this plugin, a button for registration will appear on your event listing page. The interested visitors can fill up the simple form shown in the image and click the button to register for the event.

Registrations dashboard

The event registrations can be managed through the dashboard. You can not only view the registration requests but also can see registration status like total registrations, cancelled, confirmed, archieved, total checked in etc.

Registered Attendee List

If you offer front end event submissions, you can use this plugin to let the user’s view the registrations on their event dashboard. If you list your own events, you can view the registrations on your admin dashboard. You can see full details about attendee which they have submitted at the time of event registration process. It also give you full overview about how many tickets and which ticket and when attendee purchased etc. You can also change their status like from waiting list to confirmed etc. You can make comment or note for particular registration and help you to remember it for special action in the future. Organizer can also send mail to attendee too. Here, organizer can easily handle check in and not check in for event.

Registered Status At Event Listing

As shown in the image, a green “registered” will be shown above the events. It means that the visitor have already registered for this event and visitor do not need to register for it and visitor can quickly filter from other events.

Add New Registration From Backend – Admin Panel

Not just the voluntary registration from the front end, this plugin also allows the admin of the website to manually add the registration of a user for an event.

To manage the event registrations, there’s this option in dashboard through which the admin of the site can view and fully control the registrations for different events listed on his website. Same like frontend registration manage feature, Admin also can see full details about attendee which they have submitted at the time of event registration process. It also give you full overview about how many tickets and which ticket and when attendee purchased etc. Admin can also change their status like from waiting list to confirmed etc. Admin can make comment or note for particular registration and help admin to remember it for special action in the future. Admin can control top of organizer and can also send mail to attendee when organizer and attendee miss communication gap. Here, admin also can easily handle check in and not check in for event.

Registrations Actions From Backend – Admin Panel

Through the event registration management dashboard, the admin can manage the registrations. He can change status of the registration, viz. Change a registration to cancel, change from waiting to registered, etc. Admin can also manage registration actions like delete, update and view.

The fields that will appear on the registration form at the front end can be managed from here. The admin can totally choose what information he wants the visitor to submit to get registration for the events.

Registered Attendee E-mail Notification Settings From Backend – Admin Panel

Through this option, you can change the format of the email notification that will be sent to a registered user on successful registration.

Registered Organizer E-mail Notification Settings From Backend – Admin Panel

The admin can also manipulate the email template for the email that is sent to an organizer when a new user registers for their event.

As seen in the image, the admin can manage the behaviour of the registration form using this settings from the backend. Admin can apply restriction for registration like only registered user can register to event. Admin also can prevent users from registering to the same event multiple times.

What if the event is cancelled? There are settings regarding the events registrations that needs to be managed. Event registrations will be deleted when the parent event listing is deleted. Otherwise they will be kept on file and visible in the backend. Also Purge registration data and files after particular days. The admin can do using the “Admin registration management” settings..
