Our products are not tangible and irrecoverable and hence we cannot provide any compensation for the plugins that are already downloaded into your systems. You must carefully read the terms and conditions and the plugin before you download it and know what is delivered with the plugin. If you experience any problem, you must acknowledge it before downloading. If you are experiencing any problem while downloading, then you must acknowledge us as soon as possible and we will fix it or else you can contact us through contact us page.

In order to prevent any future inconvenience to read carefully our refund policy before making a purchase. Please understand that when purchasing a plugin you do not purchase a physical item, which can be returned, rather you download a digital software. Our refund policy below is limited in order to prevent the abuse of our licensing system and/or our digital products.

  • Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide you do not want or decide not to use or need the plugin anymore.

  • As an example, you want Plugin X to have X feature (which is not a current feature). We do take requests for new features, and normally add them as We can, but the plugin not having this feature is not a legitimate reason for a refund.   • Refund will not be granted if you simply implying that the plugin is not working without showing us the issue on a live site and allowing us to try and solve it for you. You can report any issues you might have by opening a support ticket. We will try to solve the issues by pointing you to the right direction or by accessing the back-end of your site.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you decide a plugin, theme, etc, other than mine does not meet your expectations.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you accidentally purchase the incorrect plugin.
